Navigating the challenges in life can be difficult and can leave us feeling overwhelmed and isolated. Therefore, Kaitlyn believes in creating a safe, collaborative space, where anyone can feel free to share their story. Her areas of interest include working with issues pertaining to anxiety, stress, self-esteem, relational conflict, communication, and emotional-regulation. She takes an integrative approach to therapy to best meet the needs of each individual, and draws from various modalities including Emotion-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centred Therapy, while integrating elements of Mindfulness and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
Creating a collaborative, cohesive, and supportive environment is something that Kaitlyn emphasizes in her sessions. She would be honoured to work alongside you and to help you achieve a more balanced, fulfilling future!
